At SensitHaptics, we stand behind the precision of our haptic technology and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging with all diagnostic cables and components included.
Initiate Request
Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Hardware
Securely pack your SensitHaptics device in its original anti-static shielding and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection
Our technicians will perform a functional diagnostic check upon receipt, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
